Returns Policy

At Love Kids Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our cotton clothing and essentials for babies and kids. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy:

1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
2. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lovekidscanada.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange based on availability.
6. Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please contact us with the gift receipt or order number.
